C.I.P. Sprayball & Spare Parts

Note: Sprayballs are used either for dispersing cleaning solution into a tank, or sparging onto a lauter tun grain bed. The sprayball slips onto tubing with a hairpin clip. 2-1/2 in. sprayballs slip over 1 in. tubing and will clean up to 5 foot diameter vessels. 3-1/2 in. sprayballs slip over 1-1/2 in. tubing and will clean up to 10 foot diameter vessels. Optimum operation: 40 GPM @ 25 PSI. 316 SS mat.

C.I.P. Sani Midget

Note: The Sani Midget is used much the same way as a C.I.P. sprayball. The advantage of the Sani Midget is the force of it’s spinning action and the minimal volume it requires. For example, the optimum operating condition for a C.I.P. sprayball is 40 GPM @ 25 PSI; where as the Sani Midget requires just 25 GPM @ 30 PSI. 316 SS mat.
