![]() P.A.M (Pressure Arm Manifold) Spool Assembly & Spare Parts |
![]() Note: The P.A.M. Spool Assembly groups the necessary fittings together for tank pressure regulation. The standard spool assembly consists of a pressure gauge, ball valve, and an open TC port. Does not include a P.R.V. (see below). |

Note: The P.A.M. Tree assembly groups the necessary fittings for tank pressure regulation together at the end of the vent extension line. The standard tree assembly consists of a pressure gauge, ball valve, and an open TC port. Does not include a P.R.V. (see below). |
![]() P.R.V. (Pressure Relief Valve) and Vacuum Protection for Brewery Vessels |
![]() Note: The P.R.V. attaches to a 2 in. TC vent or P.A.M. assembly. The valve is easy to take apart and clean. 15 lb. and 25 lb. (for ASME tanks only) pressure springs are available. Relief pressure can be adjusted down 5 lb. The valve will open at 0.089 lb. of vacumm. Full stainless steel body construction. |
![]() Standard P.R.V. (Pressure Relief Valve) for Non Pressure Tanks |
Note: The P.R.V. attaches to a 2 or 3 in. TC vent. The valve opens at 1 lb. pressure and 0.09 lb. vacuum. Full stainless steel body construction. |
![]() SHAE P.R.V. (Pressure Relief Valve) for Non Pressure Tanks |
Note: The P.R.V. attaches to a 2 or 3 in. TC vent. The valve opens at 0.9 lb. pressure and 0.089 lb. vacuum. Full stainless steel body construction. |
![]() Rupture Disk |
Note: A rupture disc is a secondary non-mechanical pressure protection system for your tank. The rupture disc fits between 2 in. TC fittings. It does not need a separate gasket. A rupture disc will protect your brewery and your patrons. It is extremely unwise and dangerous to operate a pressure tank without non-mechanical protection from over pressurization. Ask for a cut sheet for more information. |
![]() Lower Mount Pressure Gauge |
Note: The range of a pressure gauge should be approximately twice the operating pressure of the vessel. JV stocks 30 lb. Liquid filled gauges with 1/4 in. pipe thread connections. It is important to "burp" gauges periodically. Peel the black rubber stopper at the top of the valve back until pressure is released. |
![]() Back Mount Pressure Gauge |
Note: The range of a pressure gauge should be approximately twice the operating pressure of the vessel. JV stocks 30 lb. Liquid filled gauges with 1/4 in. pipe thread connections. It is important to "burp" gauges periodically. Peel the black rubber stopper at the top of the valve back until pressure is released. |
